Let’s take a closer look at eligibility to apply for the Student Visa 572 and the main benefits that they offer.

Eligibility Requirements:

Before a prospective student applies for the subclass 500 visa, they must have applied for and been accepted by an Australian educational institute for full time study. In essence, they must already be enrolled before the application for a visa can begin. The eligibility requirements for a student visa are as follows:

The student must have the required English language ability.
The student must have the financial means to support themselves, or access to finances, and also have the ability to support any family members that are also coming to Australia and those staying in the country of origin, for the duration of the studying period in Australia.
The student must have health insurance for the duration of their study period. This can be provided by using Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) to provide hospital and medical insurance.
Students must have already completed the equivalent of a Year 12 education successfully and be able to provide appropriate academic records and school reports as required.
The student must be able to satisfy character and health requirements. They must also be able to prove they are genuinely only travelling to Australia on a temporary basis and they have good reason to return to their home country.
The student must already be enrolled in a registered education course that is offered by an Australian education provider on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
