Zane and Amelia Hunt – Prospective Marriage & Partner Visa – Subclasses 300 & 820
Once you have resided in Australia with your spouse for two years on either a subclass 820 or subclass 309 visa, the Department of Immigration & Border Protection will contact you or your migration agent (If you used one in the previous application) and you will be given around 60 days to apply for your permanent residence.
In order to be granted any type of partner visa (309, 820, 300, 100, 801 or 461), there are significant document requirements that you will have to provide DIBP with in order to prove that you are in a genuine monogamous and continuing relationship
